Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5-days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your order is delivered within India, you are eligible to return or exchange your item(s) within 5-7 days of receiving them—no specific reason required—provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original box or packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges for the products will be done in 5-7 days

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for certain categories such as personal care items, innerwear, or customized products.

  • If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, shipping charges may apply.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Our team will review your request and, once approved, arrange a reverse pickup. Kindly note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
