- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines vary by region:
- India: 3–7 business days
- We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking page.
- On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details and tracking number by e-mail.

You can modify or cancel your order by emailing us at mezvocreation@gmail.com. within 10 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your item begins its journey from our atelier.
No, we do not charge you for deliveries within India.
While every Mezvo piece is inspected with care, if you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right.
- Please email us at mezvocreation@gmail.com. within 48 hours of delivery.
- Be sure to include clear photos or videos of the damage, along with your order number.
- Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 72 hours.
- You’ll receive a replacement item, or if the item is unavailable, we’ll offer you an exchange on your preference.
